I had a grand time here! Stewart and Nicky were just the warmest hosts, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was a brilliant start to the day—proper cooked to order, and the chats were lovely. Just wish I'd had a brighter room, but it was still mighty comfortable!

Spacious and modern guest rooms in a quiet area.
During my stay, I was frustrated to discover that the beds would only be made and fresh towels provided if I specifically requested them. I expected better attention to detail, and the bathroom bin was not emptied despite my request. the shower setup was inconvenient with a high fixed shower head that made washing my hair nearly impossible. it was really an unwelcome design choice.

Couple's weekend escape with comfort
The room we had was incredibly cosy, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and breakfast was just what we needed to start the day right. Stewart and Nicky really made us feel welcome, checking in on us in a friendly way without being intrusive, like they knew just how to make a guest feel at home.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the comfort and service we got, it was still acceptable.

The home was perfect for our large family and colleagues, providing a full kitchen to whip up meals together. We loved sipping coffee outside in the beautiful yard, and the hosts made us feel at home with thoughtful touches like a welcome gift basket.
My children wished for ceiling fans in the rooms.
